Idol Lash Scam? Check Out the Facts!

Some of those represent products that have solid reputations for delivering quality, while others struggle to establish themselves as credible and honest. Idol Lash, the manufacturer of eyelash growth serum, was founded in 2002 and is a member of the Natural Products Association, but is there an Idol Lash scam or is the product a legitimate eyelash growth serum for treating thinning lashes?
The Idol Lash website claims that their product is clinically proven to increase eyelash density up to 82% in two to four weeks, but what did that clinical testing involve? According to the Idol Lash website, 15 subjects from 24-82 years of age applied a test product made of a conditioner with 10% Idol Lash every night for two weeks. Before and after pictures on the site are impressive, but could be labelled more clearly. Is the Idol Lash scam legitimate? It’s hard to tell. Most clinical studies do involve more test subjects and the 10% solution is questionable as well.
Then there’s the question of the ingredients in Idol Lash. Their website touts the product as being one of the “purest and least irritating eyelash stimulating and conditioning products available”. Their ingredient list does contain a lot of natural ingredients such as alfalfa extract, honey extract, and chamomile extract. They also claim to have been tested and proven to be safe for sensitive eyes, and have a company pledge to create nutritional formulas of quality and value. Again, their ingredient list tends to support this claim, making the possibility of an Idol Lash scam a little less likely.
Lastly, it is important to note that Idol Lash has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, the governing agency responsible for approving the testing and quality of health products. While it is not required for over the counter products such as Idol Lash, it is an option that would add overall credibility. Is there an Idol Lash scam? The only way to really know is to try the product yourself. The best and most accurate “clinical study” is the one in which you personally participate. Hopefully, you will soon be on your way to thicker, darker, and longer lashes.
